The Bible declares in Hebrews 1:14,
“Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”
The above-given passage of scripture stands to depict the role of angels in both a sobering and empowering way. The Apostle was, here, addressing the jews that had an idolatrous reverence for angels. The chief angels, or angels in high office are but servants of Christ, and the Bible declares that we who are born again are heirs. I have you know Child of God, that angels are ever around you to perform the will of the Father concerning your life. When you speak in the authority of the Word, angels have been mandated to harken to the spoken Word of every believer to bring their decrees to pass.
Furthermore, the Bible reveals in Psalms 91:11,
“For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”
It is evident that Angels therefore hold the responsibility of protecting and serving us. Many times we fear when faced with the struggles and battles of our daily lives because we feel alone and outnumbered; but the Bible tells me that when Elisha prayed for his servant, in 2 Kings 6:17, that he began to see how that there was a multitude of angelic hosts around Elisha.
I therefore declare as I stand in the shoes of the Apostolic, may God open up the eyes of the one that will believe this morning, to see their unfair advantage in the ministering spirits assigned to them!
