The Bible declares in Acts 9:8,
“And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.”
Yesterday we noted that…
“Gilgal is the place where Joshua circumcised the children of Israel before they could get to the promised land,”
and how that there is a dealing with the flesh that must occur for the believer to enter into the promises of God over their life.
Now the Bible in Acts 9 speaks of Paul on the road to Damascus, how that he entered into a vision and saw a blinding light, out of which came a voice. The Bible in the above passage on scripture tells us that he opened his eyes after the vision and further tells us that he was thereafter blind for 3 days. Beloved, Paul’s physical eyes were shut yet he was seeing into the realm of eternity. Perhaps the reason why you have been limited in the spirit is your dependence on the flesh. The spiritual connotations of Paul’s eyes been shut and even the blindness whilst seeing a vision, stand to reveal that it is given to the man who has put his eyes and attention away from the things of the flesh to see into the realm of the spirit.
And therefore I declare as I stand in the volume of the Word; that as you shift your attention away from worldly things in this season, may the Lord open your eyes into the deep things of the spirit!
Blessings to you and your house.
