#DailyDevotion: Lord Open Up My Eyes, That I May See

Dimensions of Joy

The Bible reads in Deuteronomy 29:29:

blank

“The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.”

I have discovered under the sun, that a man is only limited by the confinements of his perception. Whatever man can see, he can achieve. The Bible declares in the first portion of Hosea 4:6:

“My people are destroyed for lack f knowledge…”

Many times we are defeated and overpowered by the enemy because we simply have no working-knowledge upon which we may build our faith and counter demonic attacks against our lives. 2 Kings 6:17 reveals the secret of the Prophet, even in the midst of being encompassed by the enemy, being that he was able to see the angelic host that was for them. He prays for his servant who then is empowered with the ability to see also.
 Jesus decalres in John 14:12

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.”

What Jesus was saying is that I have set a precedence that you have witnessed with your own eyes, now that you have seen, it is possible for you to do all these things and more. Beloved I admonish you this morning to begin to look at those around you with this wisdom in mind, “if you can see it you can achieve it.” If before this morning, you saw old your old High School friends’ success and felt intimidated, begin to see it and recall that “those things which are revealed belong unto us…”

I therefore stand in the shoes of the Apostolic this morning to declare, whatever posed as a barrier in your life, may God reveal to you an open door. Open up your mouth and declare

“Lord open up my eyes, That I may see!
